After completing the checkout process, you may download directly from the Confirmation Page (see “Downloading From Confirmation Page” below) or download later from your account (see “Downloading from My Account” below).

Downloading From Confirmation Page

1.  After you complete the checkout process, you will be taken to a confirmation page (shown below) where you can download your Pimsleur .zip file.

2.  Right-click on the link below “Download your products here” and select “Save Target As…”

3.  Your computer will ask you for a location to save the file.  Choose a location and a filename and click “Save”.

4.  Your download will begin.  Depending on the speed of your connection, you may have to wait from a few minutes to a few hours for your download to complete.  After it has completed, please go to the section “Obtaining Your License” below.

Downloading from My Account

1.  If you have decided to download your file at a later time, go to http://www.cateespimsleurdownloads.com and click on “My Account” in the upper right hand corner.  This will take you to a login page.

2.  Login with your email and password and click “Sign In”.  This will take you to a page with your prior purchases.

3.  Click on “View” to view your order information.

4.  At the bottom of the next page, you should see a link with your prior purchase under “Download links”.

5.  Right-click on this link and select “Save Target As…”

6.  You will be asked for a directory and a filename.  Pick a suitable directory and filename and click “Save”.

7.  Your download has begun.  Please wait until your download has finished, then go to the section entitled “Obtaining Your License” below.

Obtaining Your License

1. Locate the file you have just downloaded.  Extract the .zip archive into a folder using your favorite zip extraction utility.  If you don’t have a zip program, you can obtain one from www.winzip.com.

2.  Once you have extracted all the files, click any file to begin playing it in Windows Media Player.  If Windows Media Player is not your default program for playing .wma files, you will first need to start up Windows Media Player to play the file.  When you play for the first time, you should see the screen below that asks you to obtain a license.  Enter in your Catee’s Pimsleur Downloads email and password and click “Sign In”.  You will need to be connected to the internet during this step.

3.  Upon successful validation of your account information, Windows Media Player will automatically download a license for you from EZDRM.  Click on “Play” and start learning a new language!
