Troubleshooting Downloads

Problem 1: Download won't play.
Problem 2: Play button does not appear.

Problem 1: Download won't play.

Your license file may be corrupt. First you should backup your old license, which you can do by doing the following:

1. Open Windows Explorer.

2. Click Tools, and select Folder Options.

3. Click the View tab, select Show hidden files and folders, uncheck Hide extensions for known file types and Hide protected operating system files, and click OK.

4. Temporarily move the licenses file from 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM' to another backup folder.

Then once you have done that, you can double click on one of the downloaded Pimsleur files and then it will ask you for your email and password again so you can download your license.

Problem 2: Play button will not show up.

Microsoft has issued a few updates to WMP and sometimes this causes the Play Button not to be come active.

The below is the work around/ fix
